Rates
$195.00 per night for up to 2 adults
$5.00 per child
$15.00 per extra adult
Rates subject to 6% sales tax and 1.1% Lancaster local tax.
Discounted rate for booking 7 or more nights (10% discount)
- Limit of 6 people in the Guest House.
- Two-night minimum stay on weekends.
- Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- Deposit of $195 is required at time of reservation. The balance is due at check-in.
- We accept cash, checks, and Visa or MasterCard.
Policies
- No pets.
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas outside.
- Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the check in date, but are transferable to another available date. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel a reservation within 48 hours after it is requested.
