Rates

$180.00 per night for up to 2 adults ($195 starting in 2024)
$5.00 per child
$15.00 per extra adult
Rates subject to 6% sales tax and 1.1% Lancaster local tax.
Discounted rate for booking 7 or more nights (10% discount)

• Limit of 6 people in the Guest House. 
• Two-night minimum stay on weekends.
• Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
• Deposit of $180 is required at time of reservation. The balance is due at check-in.
• We accept cash, checks, and Visa or MasterCard.

Policies

• No pets.
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas outside.
• Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before check-in time, but are subject to a $35/night cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right to cancel a reservation within 48 hours after it is requested.
