What is A2/A2 milk?
All of the milk that we sell is A2/A2. A2/A2 milk contains 100% beta-casein protein, whereas most cows in the US produce a mix of A1 and A2 proteins. A2/A2 milk can be easier to digest, as it aligns with what we were born to drink, as human milk contains strictly A2/A2 proteins.
We have a lot of customers who are lactose intolerant who are able to drink the A2/A2 milk.
What do the cows eat?
They are fed a small amount of grain that has the minerals they need. We also feed them rye grass or grass from the pasture.
